Women wanting to look younger is not new.  Teens and young women feeling the need to start the anti-aging process this young, is concerning.

Today's pressure to look good, stay in shape, keep up with the stylish trends including hair color, having their manicures and pedicures, is all part of a society of needing to fit-in and feel good about themselves.

Self-esteem is a large part of teens making good choices.  It is common knowledge if you feel good about yourself and your appearance, you are probably happier in life and able to make better decisions.

Why is this generation so consumed with looking young at a young age?  Is it the media?  Is it the movies and celebrities?  Or is it simply the trend of this decade?

In reality girls - women, as well as men want to look good at all ages.  However turning to plastic surgery or Botex at young ages may not be in the best interest of the patient.  Does your teenager really need Botox?
Before you or your teenager decide to have a Botox party, learn the facts about it.  Think about why you really want it and remember, it only lasts a few months.  Watch video here.
